We provide services to an area primarily within an approximate 30 mile radius of Mill Spring, NC. This area includes Polk County, Saluda and parts of Buncombe, Henderson and Rutherford Counties in North Carolina as well as Spartanburg County and surrounding areas of South Carolina. Depending on availability, we may take appointments outside this core area. Please call for further details on the area we serve.

We accept cash and checks (with identification). Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. We are pleased to provide estimates of the cost of care.
